Creating a wholesale account with us is your first step towards accessing our premium products at exclusive wholesale prices. Here’s how you can get started:

1. Create an Account: Visit our website and locate the ‘Create an Account’ option. Click here to go directly to the account creation page.
2. Follow the Instructions:  For detailed guidance on setting up your account, refer to our Account Creation Guide, which provides a step-by-step process for easy account setup. This guide ensures a smooth registration process, helping you quickly gain access to our wholesale products.
3. Account Approval: Once your account setup is complete, it will go through a quick approval process. After approval, you'll have full access to our product range at wholesale pricing.

 

We have revamped our wholesale discount structure to provide increasingly higher discounts as your order value rises, which will be automatically applied during checkout. This change will take effect from May 1st, 2024.

Here's a breakdown of our tiered discount system:

• Tier 1: Spend between $150 - $249 on your order and receive a 40% discount.
• Tier 2: For orders ranging from $250 - $399, you'll receive a 45% discount.
• Tier 3: Make a purchase of $400 or more and receive a 50% discount.

 

Our commitment to providing value to our wholesale customers is reflected in our pricing and minimum order requirement:

• Wholesale Minimum: A minimum order of $150 (after the discount) is required for all products, ensuring you take advantage of our wholesale pricing from your very first purchase.
• Wholesale Prices: When you log into your wholesale account, retail prices will be displayed. Your discount will automatically be applied at checkout once you reach the minimum order requirement.

Products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday.

Orders generally arrive 3-4 days after shipments. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.

We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Also, if products are damaged due to shipping, they must be reported within 48 hours.
